Krishnan Unni is a healthcare industry HR leader with extensive business experience in international product management, marketing, business development and Human Capital Development. He started his career in sales with Allergan and later joined Pfizer, where he launched and developed markets for their blockbuster brands Botox and Viagra. Krishnan then moved to HLL Lifecare, where he worked with the SBU head to establish a startup division by recruiting field force, training them, and marketing a diverse line of products in the women\u2019s healthcare category.<\/p>\n

Krishnan joined Mega in 2007, Mega Lifesciences is a global healthcare company operating in over 30 countries and with approximately 6,000 employees. Since 2007, Krishnan has been leading Mega’s People initiatives and is now the Chief People Officer and Strengths Coach, aiming to strengthen the company’s culture, promote employee well-being, develop exceptional teams and leaders and drive employee engagement.<\/p>\n
