Dion is a Tax Partner at Deloitte based in Singapore with the Global Employer Services team. Dion started her career as a tax advisor in Australia over 15 years ago and then practiced tax in Vietnam before moving to Singapore, where she focuses on both the individual tax compliance and consultancy services.

Dion has worked with organisations across various industries in a wide range of tax issues from corporate income tax to individual tax as well as HR and talent related matters for companies operating in the APAC region. Some of her recent Global Workforce work involves providing assistance in designing and rolling out regional mobility policies, and consulting and providing workshops on the employee experience.

Dion has supported a number of organisations with their talent mobility objectives and has written a number of articles and thought leadership pieces relating to Global Mobility.
