Christina Koi is a seasoned leader in the HR space with more than 25 years of experience that spans many functions within HR, which include business partnering, learning and Development, HR analytics and technology across both the private and public sectors.

Christina has held local, regional and global HR leadership positions in the Infocomm Technology, financial services, luxury goods and aviation sectors, which include the likes of Swarovski, SwissRe, Liberty Mutual, CDNetworks and CAAS. Most recently, she was the global head of HR for a high-tech firm; with responsibilities across Asia, North Americas and Europe.

She also has a passion for training and skills building as a freelance consultant & trainer for Cooper Tire and Rubber company in China,learning and organisational development role with Swarovski and conducting training for SwissRe.
