Paul Rivera is the co-founder and CEO of Kalibrr, a careers platform for over two million young professionals and more than 18,000 of the most innovative companies in Southeast Asia. Kalibrr is backed by leading global and regional investors such as Y Combinator, Omidyar Network, Kickstart Ventures, Wavemaker Partners, Patamar Capital, Cento Ventures, and SPH. Prior to Kalibrr, Paul was the co-founder and President at Open Access BPO, an innovative outsourcing company that brought several technology companies to the Philippines. Before starting his companies in the Philippines, Paul was at Google and at e-commerce startup, Mercantila in San Francisco.
