Baljeet Chhabra is a passionate HR professional who builds corporate castles for excellence and success. She is the Asia Pacific Compensation and Benefits Leader at Avaya, a company which is a transformative force in digital communications software, services and devices, designed for businesses of all sizes.
Before this, she worked at IT conglomerates such as IBM and Texas Instruments. During her stint at IBM, she led a global transformation project which involved moving from a legacy system to a new HR system for the Latin America region. She has also been a HR business partner in different lines of business in her career.
Her expertise lies in compensation and benefits with more than a decade in this space, while employee wellbeing is one of the areas she is passionate about.
