Ms. Kaur joined Landmarks Bhd in September 2011 to overlook the start-up of its Wellness Division – V Integrated Wellness located in Andaman, Langkawi. The Brand has won multiple international awards, positioning Malaysia as a leader in wellness destination. It has since expanded to Indonesia.

Holding dual cross functional strategic role roles, she creates a Group wide culture wellbeing within the company that facilitates a supportive climate in developing quality leaders – aligned with the business strategy, vision and Mission of the Company.

Ms. Kaur has over 15 years of experience in Marketing from various lifestyle sectors and deploys marketing methodologies to deliver quantifiable ROIs such as data analysis for strategic and annual planning, personal, physical and even financial wellbeing of each employee.

Ms. Kaur holds a Degree in Hospitality Management and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from University of Nottingham. A highly energetic individual, enjoys purpose driven travelling by hiking and mountain trail running. She has completed challenges in Mt Fuji in Japan, Fansipan in Vitnam, Mt Kinabali – highest peak in SEA, who loves, Mt Renjani in Indonesia and soon Annapurna in Nepal.

Her passion is in building a sustainable world class work environment of excellence where work and life is integrated holistically.
