Where and when will the event be held?
Inspire HR 2024 is scheduled to take place at the Hong Kong on 16 October 2024. Please note that all mentioned times and dates are in Hong Kong Time (HKT, GMT+8), as reflected on our website and brochures.
Can I download any of the presentations shown at the event?
Attendees will have the opportunity to download presentation slides after completing the feedback form at the end of each attended day. It’s important to note that only the presentations authorised for sharing by the speakers will be available for download.
Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy?
We do not allow cancellations once registration is confirmed. As such, refunds will not be issued for non-attendance. Should you be unable to attend, we encourage you to transfer your registration to a colleague, provided that the HRO team is informed accordingly.
What if I can’t attend at the last minute?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you find yourself unable to attend at the last minute, we kindly ask that you transfer your registration to an appropriate member of your HR team. Please notify the HRO team of any such changes at your earliest convenience, as the event’s success relies heavily on full participation.
Can I bring a colleague or friend along?
Absolutely! We offer discounted rates for group registrations. For more details on this, please visit the registration page on our website.
Is there anything I need to bring to the conference?
Your presence, a keen and open mindset for learning, a jacket or shawl (to keep comfortable in case the conference room temperature is low), and your business cards for registration and networking are all that’s required. Attendees are not expected to prepare any presentations.
