Where and when will the event be held? 

Total Rewards Asia Summit will take place in Le Méridien Petaling Jaya, Malaysia from 12-13 July. All times and dates reflected in the website and brochures are in MY.

Note: We will ensure that all Safety Management Measurements (SMM) are adhered to according to the government’s directives. Your health and safety are our priority, and we will ensure necessary steps are taken to ensure that learning can be done in the safest and healthiest environment for all.

Will I be able to download any of the presentations shown at the event?
Yes, you will be able to download the slides upon completion of the feedback form at the end of each day you are attending. Please note that only slides approved by speakers will be downloadable.
Can I cancel my conference registration? What is your refund policy?
No cancellation is allowed upon registration. Unfortunately, there will be no refund made for non-attendance.  
What if I can’t attend at the last minute? 
Given the nature of this event, the success of Total Rewards Asia Summit Malaysia is highly dependent on a full turnout and commitment from all participants. If you are unable to attend at the last minute, you could send someone from the HR function in your place.
Am I able to bring a colleague or friend along?

Will there be lunch provided?
Yes, morning refreshments, lunch and tea break will be provided. 
Do I have to bring along anything to the conference?
Simply bring yourself, a positive and open attitude to learning, a jacket/shawl (it might get cold), and your business cards. As an attendee, you are not required to prepare a presentation.
